I wasn't sure if I was going to get any time at the bench this weekend, but I managed to get a couple of hours this afternoon/evening - enough time to bend the fore sail. This was a relatively simple procedure of lashing the sail to the gaff and boom, tying off the parrell ropes, and lashing the mast hoops onto the sail. Nothing too difficult at all and I think the results are pretty decent. If I manage to get through some marking tomorrow I hope to be able to finish rig the foresail - peak and throat, topping lift and sheets. The fun continues.....
